Collages are a unique combination of various techniques. In creating them, I employ the Japanese technique of "Chigri-e" (paper tearing) and combine that with Oriental brush painting. I also use gold leaf (of 24 karat gold) as this gives my paintings a rich and joyful character. The surreal patterns that are thus created allow a viewer to give his or her own interpretation to the meaning of the images.

While collages shown here may already be sold, similar themes are available. Reproductions of some pieces are available in limited edition prints. Sizes are typically 16"x12" or 10.5"x9".
